How to Reorder
Start with the previous order so you can identify the frame and color you want to buy again.
- Find the previous purchase
Sign in, open My Orders and view the items in your order.
- Check what is available now
Review the frame, color, saved prescription and current price. Ordinary products may also have an Order again action.
- Reorder your glasses
On eligible completed orders, use Reorder beside each available lens configuration. It adds that frame and saved lens setup to your current cart at the displayed current price. If the combination is no longer available, choose a new pair from the shop.
- Check the cart
Review the frame, prescription, quantity and lens price before checkout. Use Edit lenses to change the prescription or supported lens options. This does not change the original order.
