Find your order

Open My Orders, or use Track Order with the order number and checkout email. Check its selected items, recorded total and updates.

Reading the demo status

Pending payment means the demonstration has not finished. Processing means the sample payment was recorded. For Demo payment, it does not mean a real charge, manufacturing or shipment.

Cancelled means the test order was cancelled; its reserved stock can return to the shared inventory. Refunded records a refund operation and should not be confused with cancelling an unpaid order.

What happens next?

No delivery takes place in this demo. The store operator can review or cancel the sample order when your walkthrough is finished.
